The story of South Pas begins with its founders, Robert and Samara Zapata who saw a gap in the market for a trustworthy and efficient estate sale and real estate sale services. With their combined experience and networks, they understood the intricacies of the industry and the challenges homeowners face when preparing their properties for sale. Outside of business Robert and Samara operate a 501(c)(3) non-profit which raises scholarship money for Mexican and Chicano students. The non-profit is called Sustainable South Pas. If any items don't sell items can be donated to the non-profit and a receipt will be given to you!
